I think this information is new (it's certainly new to me) ... I don't have any real details yet but apparently the most 'able and causative people on the planet' (lol!) are attempting to lay the blame for the murder in Sydney on Leah Remini, presumably due to her and Mikes exposé about how the cofs really operates.

A 'letter' has apparently 'surfaced' (oooh, I bet it has!) which demonstrates that she has 'blood on her hands'.

It sounds as if the OSA goons are working extra hard on their planet saving mission as we all knew they would be.

What a mob of jokers they are.

Edit: More info has come to light ... the letter was written by scientology spokeswoman Karin Pouw and sent to A&E network president Paul Buccieri, blaming the network for inciting the January 3 murder of Aaron Yeh in Sydney by putting Leah and Mikes show to air.

Pathetic.

Sounds like Co$ are acknowledging that the stabbing was NOT as a result of a domestic dispute after all.....

The" Aftermath " was being advertised every 15minutes, on Channel 9 while I was in Sydney ,for Two weeks . It has to be a nightmare for OSA,

New people are well informed now , and with the Internet,It gets even worse, this stabbing is going to bring the heat down , on Scientology like never before, The Police and Govt will take Action, big Time , .... will even put a bet on it.
Granitt.

Next hearing will be Feb. 19th. 2019.

It will be in a Childrens Court.
I am waiting with bated breath to see what comes out in the trail, if anything. Being Children's Court we probably won't get to hear much. I hope his lawyer does right by him.

Aaron Smith-Levin did an interesting video a couple of weeks ago. He makes some good points.

WoW, good video! Thanks.

Just to add a point...

What about the kid not being in school....? As he was in Australia...was it time for him to go back to school in Taiwan?
Had he been taken out of school for this trip to Australia, with his mom?
Very good question about had the Cult taken their passports or not.

I completely agree that the statement made by the Police Chief that " he had a legal right to be at there" is extremely odd. And he would have not said that unless he had been told that by someone in authority at the Cult.....at time of the incident.

Additional point, the kid is being charged with Affray. So there was some sort of incident INSIDE the cult building that we have no information about.

As you say, the Cult should have video on all that...and I hope audio....and it all needs to come out in Court.

Additional point, as the guy stabbed and killed was also a Taiwan National, and the kid was a Taiwan National....I must point out that that Culture and those people have completely different cultural buttons and that an Australian/British person (white) might not know anything about that....such as "losing face" which is a very big thing for a person of Asian Culture.

Great Video...

YES, the classic Cult bait and switch.....happens all the time...that should be looked into.

Plus the Cult classic of Betrayal....should be looked into. The Cult, once "someone" gives the go-ahead, loves to Betray a Member if that person is deemed an SP....or problematic in some way. Then "Fair Game" can start....and using a Cult Thug to enforce the Cult's decision is a standard way to do it.

I have seen it reported several times that the cops were on the scene 'moments' later...not minutes later, or soon after. That makes me wonder whether they had already been called before the stabbing incident. That may tie into the charge of Affray. Maybe they were called before he was escorted down the driveway because of something that had happened inside, rather than that they were called after the stabbing. If the stabbing happened a fair way down the driveway how would anyone even know to call the cops, unless the second 'security guard' had called them from his mobile.
The Chatswood police station is 7 minutes from the AO. Unless they were already sitting in their car, or patrolling somewhere closer, you'd imagine it would take them 5-7 minutes to arrive, not just moments.

This guy put up some interesting points.

I'll preface this with:

Scientology doesn't just let anyone into an advanced org. The point of being legally there means he had signed documents. This is a known fact, they won't let you do anything until you have signed something and they have checked you out.

New staff are bled dry of any money on account. If they think you have more they will make every effort to get you to pay for more because they already convinced you to join staff. They will tell you it the right thing to do because it helps Scientology.

Some thoughts occurred to me as I listened.

There is a possibility that both the mother and the son joined the SO together because they are inseparable, that it was part of the deal and they would work together wherever they were assigned, that they were twinned on the purif due to their close relationship, and something happened that threatened that relationship.

Scientology efforts to keep family's split up. They do this so they don't conspire to leave. With family's apart, there is less likely a chance of comparing notes and influencing each other.

If they were told at signing they would be together and later told they would be separated to different orgs, this could have triggered the kid because the deal was they stay together.

Another possibility is Scientology realized the kid wasn't stable and wanted to offload him which would cause him and his mother to be separated; an idea completely unacceptable to the kid because of there relationship and he decided he wasn't going to let that happen and went to get her back which became violent because they wouldn't let him see her and she had already reported that he was upset because they would be separated which may have been the basis of the argument the night before.

Knowing how Scientology works, that would make sense to me. It would explain how it got elevated to murder, they were separating him and his mother and that just wasn't going to happen as far as the kid was concerned. It would explain why he brought a knife because he knew they were going to try and keep his mother and send him away. Completely unacceptable in his mind because he and his mother are forever and nothing will stop that.

History is filled with mother son relationships that have resulted in someone being killed because the relationship is threatened.

Another thought that crossed my mind is that it may not have been his knife. Maybe he didn't bring one and one of his escorts had one that he got hold of. From pictures of him of what he was wearing, concealing a 10 inch knife would be difficult. It isn't off the table that Scientology security would carry a knife as their job is to remove undesirables. It is a possibility because a 10 inch knife, difficult to conceal, suddenly appeared. I don't think the kid, if that unstable and that intent on committing murder would wait to be escorted before he produced it. He more likely would have pulled it the moment they said he couldn't see his mother, not 50 to 150 feet or yards down the road. The knife would have to have been concealed to get that far and surprise them. It would not have to be concealed if an SO escort had it on him or was holding it as a means to convince the kid he was leaving, no if, and's or but's.

Hi, today is February 19th.

This date was earlier reported in the News as the day of a Court Hearing, for the Taiwanese kid...about this Australian Scientology Stabbing and killing.

Will have to look around the web and see if anything has been posted regarding this.
