Food for Fresh Raw Meat Program

Narconon's most recent project, The Global Pioneers' Haitian "Adopt an Orphanage" group, lets people contribute directly to designated orphanages in Haiti. The idea being that the people can pick and choose from items the orphanage needs most and send it out with no middlemen. The current campaign is designed to get private food donations being sent to 20 orphanages in Haiti. These shipments will help feed more than 2,000 children of all ages. Once this is underway, other orphanages will be added. The products most needed to help the children include powdered milk, canned meats, rice, beans, oats, flour, multi-vitamins, oil and cheese.

I think I'm going to have to make a dedicated effort to rid myself of the cynicism I've developed as a result of being a scientologist/Ex scientologist, but it won't be easy ... reading threads like this one makes my hair stand straight up on end with contempt for the cofs, hubbard, COB and all the people who are enabling him.

David Miscavige in caring mode doesn't compute and it's sickening to see him practicing on these children when (we know) he would view them as "PTS" at best and there to be used by him as potential fodder for the cofs machine.

The short one might be craving the pre Internet past, a time when he still felt respected and admired at least within the cofs (though it was necessary to bash some people around a bit first apparently) and this latest PR effort must be his way of proving (perhaps to himself) that he has a caring side by 'taking responsibility' for these unfortunate people and at the same time sticking it to all the haters on the Internet that he has cultivated for himself, the cofs and hubbard.

Meanwhile the SO and all cofs staff, who are already under his direct care and in the 'Free World' are being used as slave labour in the year 2012 and the cofs public are still being harassed and bled for every penny he can get out of them and pushed further into debt in order to purchase a bridge to nowhere.

If even a small % of that money were given to a genuine charity it would make a difference.

I'd better get back to work on my cynicism.
