SOKO Leipzig - New crime drama with Scientology

Last week, the ZDF (Second German TV channel) broadcast an episode of its crime investigation series "SOKO Leipzig", where the cult of Scientology was at the center of attention once more.
Compared to the movie "Until Nothing is Left", this TV-show made a rather unspectacular debut on German television's evening programme on 3rd of February 2012. Part of the reason for this I guess is that here Anon did not discover a secret filming location full with Scientology books.
This movie is much shorter being only about 45 minutes in length, much more fast-paced, and may appeal to those who found "Until nothing is Left" to be long-winded.

Since media attention like this plays a big part in our struggle against Scientology, I've uploaded the video to Youtube and put English captions to it.

Thanks very much for the upload, and especially the English subtitles!

I watched the first 7 minutes. Yes, definitely more fast-paced. I got up to the point where they had noticed the flat containing the murdered man was stark and severe, with nothing personalized about it at all. They found a copy of DMSMH, and decided the victim was a Scientologist. The episode is called "Clear."

Earlier a woman had "confessed" to the murder, but the head guy decided she was lying, possibly "clairvoyant" in that she gave details of how the guy was shot (forehead) that were not public.

I'm guessing that they are assuming that "Clears" are both clairvoyant and cookie-cutter depersonalized, and the woman is covering up for a more important scio. I'm happy to be wrong about this, but I'm not willing to watch the whole show to find out.

I hope the "clairvoyance" thing doesn't attract anyone into the cult.

Thanks for the upload. I am German, but I did not hear about this TV episode before, there is just too much stuff like this in TV all the time. Now I watched all the 3 parts here.

The attitude towards Scientology is pretty much neutral in this movie. They try to explain the condition of "Clear" but the details are not 100% correct. Clear is defined as a condition where somebody can not become sick anymore.

The teacher, who was shot, was a Scientologist, but he had cancer and therefore he wanted to leave the church. His 3 young students killed him because they wanted to protect Scientology, not a very credible story.

Clairvoyance is not the final explanation for the womans knowingness, later in the movie there is a natural explanation for that.

But don't worry, the whole thing is definitely not an advertising for the CoS.
