Thanks for telling us your story.Interesting. I heard stuff like this before too.
In ????? whatever year, some news came up that the Establishment System had fallen out so the Org/Officer system came back to life and the D/ED O/O was also put there on the org board. In my org we had one for a while before being ripped off to be put somewhere else.
